  • The company website and eCommerce platform had become obsolete, requiring extensive collaboration among various teams and multiple code releases for even minor updates. It was not cohesive, misaligned with the revised brand guidelines, and lacked contemporary marketing best practices. Furthermore, a comprehensive visual refresh was imperative to accurately reflect evolving market dynamics and enhance user engagement and bring consistency among the user experience.

  • The marketing team required a homepage and eCommerce platform that facilitated seamless editing, enabled the testing of various design variants, and supported the tracking of multiple key performance indicators (KPIs), all while ensuring design flexibility without the need for development hours.

  • I collaborated closely with a front-end developer to identify critical pain points and user interface (UI) issues in the previous design, ultimately constructing a new homepage from the ground up using builder.io and eCommerce store within the Shopify ecosystem. This empowered the marketing team with full control over design and modifications, eliminating the need for collaboration with additional teams. As a result, we reduced the update cycle from several weeks to mere minutes, providing the team with the flexibility to effectively market limited-time offers (LTOs), thereby boosting sales, and maintaining a dynamic homepage that enhances user interaction.
